Travegala provides a travel business operating system including CRM, quotation building, booking management, itinerary planning, commission tracking, client portal, and related features for travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and independent travel professionals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to travel services and data protection.
Travegala provides the platform and tools for managing your travel business. All client relationships, bookings, contracts, and service delivery obligations remain between you and your clients. Travegala is not a party to any travel booking or service agreement between you and your clients.
Travegala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of bookings, client relationships, or business opportunities.
